We are CUPP; an independent bubble tea company, founded ten years ago in Bristol, UK. We now have multiple stores nationwide and are looking for baristas to join our fabulous team!

We see ourselves as bubble tea pioneers, striving to refine every element of the famous
Taiwanese drink. To make it the freshest, healthiest and tastiest bubble tea in the UK!

Using fresh ingredients; including our own bespoke fruit purees, brown sugar syrups (no fructose here), fresh fruit juices, along with fresh organic milk, the best milk alternatives and freshly brewed loose leaf teas; we’re refining the way bubble tea is made. All while providing the best customer service and product knowledge to our lovely customers. Whether you’re a bubble tea connoisseur or new to the whole concept, we are certain we can find the perfect bubble tea for you.

Job Description

We are looking for Bubble Tea Baristas to support us in the daily running of our new store in
Sevenoaks. This position will cover all aspects of the Bubble Tea Barista position described below as well as being a brand ambassador for CUPP.

Duties will include providing excellent customer service to our customers, team leading, upholding company standards and values and helping build a great team and working environment.

Bubble Tea Barista:

- Provide great service and product knowledge to our customers.
- Serve consistently perfect bubble teas.
- Feel confident in a fast paced working environment.
- Keep a clean and organised working area throughout the day.
- Help provide a great working environment for you and your fellow teammembers.
- Support the store management team.

- Have previous hospitality experience showing proven ability to adhere to high company standards and health and safety practices.
