As the Head of Sales, you will lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The team currently consists of an AE, and we are currently hiring for an Inside Sales Rep/SDR
You will develop, coach and grow the team per our growth and revenue targets
The current role is a player/manager role with you managing the team to run small and mid-market deals and working with our founder to close large deals, tenders and RFPs, with the founder moving out of this role and you taking over once ramped

We are hiring a HoS to run our Midlands-based team to drive revenue for eLocker!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance and Analysis:
- Build and execute the sales plan to meet company revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Manage team and individual performance
- Own Daily, Weekly, Quaterly reporting including forecast and sales activity
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and insights to the executive team
Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture within the team
- Establish effective sales territories and assign sales quotas to team members
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop/implement a sales strategy to achieve the company's targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
Sales Process Optimisation:
- Continuously review and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify areas for process automation and leverage technology to streamline operations
- Manage sales tools and CRM systems to enhance sales productivity and visibility
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to improve their sales techniques and closing rates
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Proven experience in complex B2B sales cycles
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM systems
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Salary: £80,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
