The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in providing strategic and administrative support while ensuring smooth employee relations and effective HR processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Employee Onboarding and Off boarding: Oversee the complete employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires have all necessary documentation, equipment, and resources.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate a seamless orientation experience for new employees.
Conduct exit interviews, collect feedback, and assist in offboarding procedures.
HR Documentation and Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, benefits documentation, and performance-related data.
Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analyses, providing valuable insights to the management team.
Assure compliance with local labor laws and company policies by maintaining organized records and documentation.
HR Administration: Coordinate employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring effective communication and enrollment processes.
Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and various employee programs.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Promote a positive work environment by demonstrating fairness, empathy, and respect for all employees.
Mediate and resolve conflicts, conducting investigations when necessary, and collaborating with management to find suitable resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications are a plus.
