Sr. Store Associate/Store Associate - Ruti Palo Alto

RUTI, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven individual with a relentless commitment to top-notch customer service, to be our Sr. Stylist/Stylist at our Palo Alto store.

A Senior Stylist/ Stylist is responsible for executing the RUTI selling culture and driving the business as an active member of the sales team to ensure business growth and profitability. The Senior Stylist will partner with the management team on enhancing the experience for the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and exceed personal sales goal.
• Develop new clientele for RUTI, while maintaining strong relationships.
• Build and develop repeat client business to help drive the business.
• Think outside the box for events, host clients, and drive ROI for each curated event.
• Maintain personal and store KPIs.
• Will have an active sales floor presence while hosting clients.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Responsible for knowing and executing daily operations of opening and closing procedures.
• Stylists are responsible for scheduling appointments, determining the needs of the client, and delivery the best client experience within an intimate setting.
• Ability to use different technologies for register system, clientele, and other operational performances within the store.

Education and Experience Required:

• 3 years previous retail experience within RTW.
• Previous experience with clienteling
• Previous experience with different register systems and proficient in Google, Word, and excel.
• High School Diploma required and Bachelors preferred.
• Experience with operations within a store.
• Experience within policy and procedures within a store.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
