You will be responsible for 2 Area Managers, ensuring that commercial and operational processes deliver excellent outcomes for customers.

If you have experience of running an operations team in a high growth environment, excellent analytical skills, and a track record of delivering results, we want to hear from you.
You will be working in the central London office 3 days a week, so you must be fully eligible to work in the UK and able to work in central London regularly.
Experience Required
- Experience running a customer facing team in a dynamic and high growth environment
- Experience utilising data to inform decision making and continuous improvement
- A proven leader who can define a winning and learning culture
- An experienced planner or programme manager who has delivered results on time and within budget.
- Recruitment and driving culture
Skills Required
- An effective leader capable of focusing the team to deliver exceptional results
- Great analytical skills, with a 2:1 degree or equivalent
- A logical problem solver with great initiative who is 100% accountable
- Motivated by effecting continual positive change but zero tolerance for the repetition of errors
- Highly organised, fanatical attention to detail, common sense judgement and a passion for precision
- An excellent verbal and written communicator who can operate across teams and partners
- Must have retail experience
- The ability to maximise the performance of c10 stores, and growing.
- You will have both commercial and operational background
- Experience working with franchises with a 360 degree implementation-Furniture purchases, inventory, set up. store launch
- Maximise operational performance
- Business Partnering experience with the ability to implement change where required
- Power BI (preferred)
- Confident and fair.
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £74,463.00-£79,695.00 per year
