They want someone to own the customer journey in the UK market.
You will be defining the conversion strategy throughout the customer acquisition funnel.
Directly leading website team and CRM team to ensure optimal and conversion-oriented customer journey.
Key skills/experience required:
- Experience in a startup, high-growth company, consulting or similar high-paced environment
- Strong data acumen with experience in making data-driven decisions
