OSKA Cheltenham is currently looking for a talented individual to join our friendly team as a Store Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to start or develop their career within the fashion industry.

This role is customer-facing so you will need to have excellent customer service skills or are willing to learn. We are in contact with customers on a regular basis so you will need to have the confidence to communicate with our customers to inform them of new arrivals/events, etc. throughout the season via phone calls and emails. Computer literacy is desirable and you must be a fast learner.
Your role will include:
- Serving customers and dealing with enquiries
- Processing cash, card and online payments
- Updating customer records in Company database
- Handling product returns and payment refund requests
- Promoting products based on the Company directives
- Arranging and displaying our products inline with OSKA values
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
Skills you would need:
- Confident at communicating, discussing and selling OSKA clothing.
- Strong communication skills in order to keep customers updated on new deliveries, events, etc.
- Friendly and approachable and work well on your own and as a team.
The position offers:
- Hours can be flexible between 32-40 hours a week.
