Job vacancy at Castle Bedrooms, 7 Main Street, Keyworth, NG12 5AA

Job Title: Showroom/ Sales Assistant

Salary £9.50ph

Holidays 16.5 days pa

Core Requirements of the position

• Knowledge of all Castle Bedrooms products (training will be given)
• Greeting and assisting Customers to find the goods and products they are looking for/ giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers and logged onto the enquiry form.
• Booking in Design appointments and keeping all diaries up to date.
• Responsible for security within the store, including being a key holder.
• To open and maintain social media accounts.
• Cross checking our orders against order acknowledgments to ensure deliveries are correct.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the managing director.
• Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, this includes hovering, dusting and cleaning of windows and mirrors.
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
• Ensure drinks cabinet/ tea & coffee are fully stocked. Completing online shopping and arranging suitable delivery.

Hours of Work Repeated

• Week 1 Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm
• Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nottingham, NG12 5AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
