Job Title: Showroom/ Sales Assistant
Salary £9.50ph
Holidays 16.5 days pa
Core Requirements of the position
- Knowledge of all Castle Bedrooms products (training will be given)
- Greeting and assisting Customers to find the goods and products they are looking for/ giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers and logged onto the enquiry form.
- Booking in Design appointments and keeping all diaries up to date.
- Responsible for security within the store, including being a key holder.
- To open and maintain social media accounts.
- Cross checking our orders against order acknowledgments to ensure deliveries are correct.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the managing director.
- Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, this includes hovering, dusting and cleaning of windows and mirrors.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
- Ensure drinks cabinet/ tea & coffee are fully stocked. Completing online shopping and arranging suitable delivery.
Hours of Work Repeated
- Week 1 Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Experience:
