Up to £21,500 per annum, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week
Nuffield Health Woking Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our successful Sales & Marketing Team. The successful applicant must have the determination and ability to deliver great results in healthcare sales support, be a team player and maintain their passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant , you will:
Provide vital support to the success of the team
Take ownership of enquiries received into the hospital from various stakeholder groups including patients, consultants, GP's and medical secretaries
Be a confident and customer-focused communicator.
Respond to a wide variety of customer requests, primarily via the telephone but also from web enquiries, email and on occasion face to face.
Be responsible for maintaining and updating sales leads via a CRM system and following each lead to close, focusing on maximising sales whilst delivering high quality customer service.
Provide support and general assistance to other areas within the Sales & Marketing team as necessary.
Need to be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Math's with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, as well as having good IT and keyboard skills. Experience within healthcare administration or customer facing environment would be a real advantage. Key Accountabilities
To provide an efficient and effective enquiry handling service, supplying potential customers with detailed information about the services offered at the hospital in response to telephone, web, email and face to face enquiries.
To act as a patient advisor confidently guiding patients through every aspect of their patient journey from initial enquiry right through to patient discharge. Gaining an insight and knowledge into all hospital departments that have customer touch points to ensure the patient can be put at ease by clearly outlining expectations of the patient journey from beginning to end.
Support Medical Secretaries and Hospital Bookings Team to ensure that customer requirements and queries are dealt with effectively.
To support the team working with a range of health care professionals to deliver high quality educational and community events to the general public both within the hospital and externally. Working, on occasion, during the evenings.
To work with central teams including call center to ensure that hospital product and service information is up-to-date and meets customer requirements in providing the information they need to support healthcare choice decisions.
To maintain the necessary administrative systems and processes to support business development requirements.
To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To assist in the co-ordination and delivery of projects, supporting the achievement of business aims.
To assist in the promotion of the services of the hospital throughout the local community.
