You will be part of our Repairs & Maintenance team in our Customer Experience directorate, playing a key role in shaping our future.
What you'll be doing
You'll provide administrative support to Golding Homes Repairs and
Maintenance Team. You'll assist the Customer Experience Manager using feedback and complaints from customers to support managers to deliver an exceptional customer service and improve customer satisfaction with the repairs service. You'll provide support to managers with meetings for internal and external contractors including minute taking and scheduling meetings.

You'll have a good standard of general education and hold evidence of continuous learning. You'll have demonstratable experience working in a high paced admin role. You'll have empathy and understanding to deal with customers who are unhappy with services and have the ability to see things from the customer perspective. You'll use your strong attention to detail and passion for delivering a great customer experience to juggle multiple competing deadlines. You will hold knowledge of social housing repairs and understand the impact it has for customers and the organisation.
A Basic DBS check is required for this role.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £27,000.
