An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Programme Lead to join the team.
The Business Apprentice Programme Lead role is key to delivering our UK Apprentice programmes and managing our service providers to ensure that they are meeting our expectations.
You will partner with business leadership and external training providers to ensure that the Apprenticeships programmes are running as we would expect. As the subject matter specialist you will be responsible in ensuring that current and future Apprenticeship programmes are delivering the talent with the required skills, knowledge and behaviours that meet the business needs. What you will be doing:

Subject matter expert for Apprenticeship programmes.

Working with recruitment define and agree entry requirements for programme & inform recruitment and buy-off demand numbers for programmes (2022 requirement onwards).

Define and sign off Output Specification for programme.

Run programme governance board.

Define standard elements of placement plan and create Programme guides.

Hold quarterly meetings with supplier to ensure they are clear on programme requirements and to receive feedback on the programme.

Support the exit of Apprentices off programme.

You will have experience of managing Early Career programmes, preferably Apprenticeships.

You will be able to demonstrate how to design an early career programme.

In depth Knowledge of Apprenticeship Frameworks and Standards.

Experience of running governance boards.

Experience of vendor management.

Possess the ability to think independently, operate strategically as well as work successfully and cooperatively as part of a team.

Have experience of managing a wide range of stakeholder working within different levels of the company.
