IT Support Engineer - Godmanchester
£28,500 - 37.5 hour working week
The role:
Working for a highly professional and progressive IT Managed Services company, you will be required to cover customer sites, delivering support services as part of the Managed Services agreement. Providing on-site desk support for end users, assisting with hardware, software and network-related issues.
Responding to incidents and service events, you will be focussed on providing excellent customer service and making all customer contact a positive experience.
Duties include:
- Desktop support
- Printer support
- Helpdesk support and call management
- Laptop and PC builds
- Office Application Support - MS Office
- Telephone and mobile administration
Skills required:
- Office 365
- MS Active Directory
- Laptop/Desktop support
- Print Management
You will be a self-starter with good communication skills. Highly motivated and focussed on service delivery. Able to provide a professional approach, you will be driven to enhance the team and keen to learn and develop. Experience in an ITIL based and customer facing environents an advantage!
