Job description

Our client is a healthcare recruitment company based in the City of London, Liverpool Street. They are looking for recruitment consultants who are financially driven, ambitious and hardworking. You will have the opportunity to work with both NHS and private healthcare clients, to help them find the relevant staff to work in a multitude of capacities such as nurses, healthcare assistants, doctors etc. In return you will have the opportunity to earn up to £50k in your first year and up to 6 figures in your second.

Job responsibilities of a recruiter

• Sourcing professionals in the healthcare industry for placements around the UK from a variety of platforms such as Linkedin, social media forums, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.
• Successfully drive sales and margin growth, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve team targets.
• Request, collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and candidate availability for work etc
• Managing relationships with existing candidates and customers, building trust through regular communication and support
