As our Wellness Representatives, you will be the face of LondonCryo and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences.
Description:
- Welcoming clients and assisting them with the wellness services offered by LondonCryo
- Assisting clients via phone, promptly responding to important voicemails, and managing the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation processes
- Onboarding new clients, which includes completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
- Conducting tours and promoting service packages and memberships
- Educating clients about the various services provided by LondonCryo
- Performing opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees
- Exemplifying LondonCryo's core values and embodying the mission and vision of the LondonCryo lifestyle
- Fostering a vibrant and inclusive store culture where every team member feels involved, valued, and appreciated for their contributions
Requirements:
- You’re passionate about health and wellness
- You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
- Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
