Program Data Analyst
Provide contract and data management support to the Air Forces’ MILCON and Facility Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) programs. Perform a broad range of financial and data analyst functions for a variety of design and construction project requirements focused on government contract compliance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Data Analyst : $65,000 to $75,000
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Program Data Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Verifies and ensures data integrity by running reports and coordinates with users and government leadership.
- Assists in training standardized reporting requirements, including creating templates and training documents.
- Produces data quality reports in various formats.
- Performs data entry and analysis.
- Performs trend analysis.
- Interacts with government personnel.
- Consolidates multiple documents into polished deliverable for government senior leadership.
- Drafts formal memos.
- Validates project data and perform updates in various government systems including but not limited, NexGen IT.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Program Data Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited institution and 3 years’ experience in executive administrative support.
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task is a must.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing is a must.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft suite including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat including form development and maintenance, is desired.
- Knowledge of the AF Design and Construction Program is desired.
- Skilled with government automated systems including NexGen IT, is desired.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
