The Jetty, situated on the ground-floor of the five star harbour hotel in ocean village, sister to the multi-award-winning restaurant in Christchurch, specialises in fresh seafood, caught daily by local fisherman, served with locally-grown, seasonal ingredients from the New Forest. The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the team who has experience of working in a high end restaurant serving fresh quality food. You will need to be capable of running a section within the Kitchen and working to safe hygiene practices. As Senior Chef de Partie you would be expected to assist the junior members of the brigade in their training and development.
