EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW


In your new role, you’ll be responsible for the provision of national front-line services through commercial contracts, to meet the performance KPIs and health and safety legislation.


You’ll also be responsible for leading a nationally dispersed team consisting of Jetvac and tankering technicians who provide a range of safe water and wastewater tankering services across our regions.


Some of your other key accountabilities will include:


  • Ensuring O’licence compliance with the support of a Transport Manager
  • Working with our sewer technical lead to deliver operational KPIs nationally through the effective use of data to target resources and by deploying SBF as an integral part of continuous improvement.
  • Establishing an effective partnership with our contracted partners to ensure the highest of standards, quality of work and delivery efficiencies and cost effectiveness.
  • Working in effective partnership with other teams to achieve the best outcome for the customer including leading proactive workstreams that will have a companywide benefit and approach.
  • Establishing great working relationships with all external stakeholders and customers to grow our services commercially to new and existing customers.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE


Our ideal candidate will be someone who has proven experience in leading and achieving sustained performance improvements from a diverse workforce, indirect and direct. You’ll also have proven experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders – both internal and external e.g. landowners, customers, regulators. It would also be highly desirable if you have experience of managing the performance of a dispersed asset base.
