Little Ones is a London-based recruitment agency specialising in providing premium childcare services in the UK and globally. After more than 17 years of serving clients, we have grown our team and are looking for the next person to help us provide the excellent service our clients know us for.
Overview:
As the B2C Recruitment Consultant for Little Ones, you will be responsible for all areas of the recruitment process, from registering new clients to managing candidates. Your goal will be to attract talented candidates and close placements with our clients. Your success will enable us to support hundreds of parents each year.

Requirements:
We are looking for the following skills:
- Fluency in written & spoken English (additional language would be a big bonus)
- Experience in 180 or 360 Recruitment
- Must be confident in your verbal and written communication skills
- Someone who is passionate about sales & recruitment, so you need to come with a can-do attitude, be career-driven and target-driven
- Flexibility for rotational weekend cover
Responsibilities:
As Little Ones’ B2C Recruitment Consultant, you will be working in a goal-driven environment, where you will be supported along the way to meet the company’s targets. You will be responsible for:
- Developing long-lasting client relationships
- Delivering a seamless recruitment experience for all clients and candidates
- Sourcing talent and managing it
- Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates
The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and you will be expected to perform different tasks as required by your changing role within the business.

Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
