Holiday Sales Advisor

An excellent opportunity (even if we do say so ourselves!) if you love holidays (who doesn’t!), can keep enthusiastic and energetic on busy days, and are driven to achieve and exceed targets.
Our holiday sales team help hundreds of people find their perfect break at a Verdant Park every day. They work closely with the parks to provide an attentive and personalised service with a huge focus on customer experience and backed up by extensive product knowledge.
Salary: £19,851 (age 18-22), £20,319 (age 23+), plus commission & bonus opportunities
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs over 5 days), but part-time working would be considered with the right flexibility. The office is open between 8.30am and 8pm, and this role involves working different shifts within those times including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

About the Role: Our Holiday Sales Advisors are the first point of contact for many new and returning customers. They support our parks by making bookings, taking inbound calls and e-mail queries, and helping our customers plan their perfect Verdant experience. They are also responsible for driving bookings and utilising opportunities to maximise revenue, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The role involves admin tasks as well as telesales (in-bound and out-bound) tasks, but this isn’t just about selling holidays, its about making holiday dreams come true!
About the Person: You will need to be friendly, confident and well organised with a professional telephone manner. Previous experience in a direct customer service, telesales or admin environment is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You will need to be resilient, confident and be able to use communication/sales techniques to find out the customers’ needs and deliver their perfect Verdant experience.
