A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A (INSERT JOB TITLE HERE) AT (INSERT HOTEL NAME HERE)
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- This is a hands-on role, and the successful applicant must be able to answer guest enquiries in a timely and courteous manner, use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality potential but here are a few of our requirements...
We are looking for someone with exceptional verbal and communication skills, able to create a wow factor through perfect customer service for every guest.
You ideally are a hospitality professional who has worked in a customer-facing role, with excellent attention to detail, has a positive can-do attitude, and works well in a team. Experience in ONQ is advantageous but not essential.
