Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Business Administrator at Emirates Stadium in London. As Business Administrator, you will support the General Manager and/or Catering Services Director on all administrative tasks. You will work with key stakeholders to coordinate project work.

Responsibilities
- Develop event support paperwork and collateral including pricing, partnership proposals, challenge 25, and cash summaries.
- Maintain the GM/CSD’s diary to allow maximum output within realistic timeframes.
- Ensure all arrangements for corporate guests for company events are communicated within a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for preparation of meetings including collation of packs, printing, and minute taking.
- Manage match day administration from concept to delivery, including potential client and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a high performing culture is fostered and team members are engaged at the venue for all events.
- Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and provide administrative assistance when needed.
- Support in the project management of key deliverable projects including development of project plans. Attend relevant meetings and ensure appropriate administrative support is provided to meet goals and objectives.
- Ensure that the operation is in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility including health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards.
Qualifications
- A Levels or 1+ year of experience required.
- Proven experience in an administrative position required.
- Competent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. required.
- Diligent and trustworthy. Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to develop relationships at all levels throughout the company.
- Organised and attentive to detail.
- Proactive and highly motivated. Desire to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Sector experience is desirable.
