Position:
We have an opportunity for a Service Host to join our aftersales team on a permanent full time basis, Monday – Friday, with some Saturday's on a rota basis.
About you:
Being the first point of contact you will provide an exceptional experience for customers visiting our Service department. You will be an ambassador for Hedin Mercedes-Benz and responsible for creating a great first impression, facilitating a smooth and timely service/repair visit.
About the role (Overview):
Key but not exhaustive list of typical duties:
- Ensuring Service check in and handover process for all visiting customers is followed
- Customer interactions meet the brands expectations and to support through excellence customer service programme.
- Greeting all booked service guests into the showroom
- Taking keys and details from customers who would like to ‘Quick Drop’ their vehicles
- As part of the check in process confirming work required, payment methods, mobile & email contact details, time required and signposting the customer journey.
- Greeting all non–appointed service walk in guests into the showroom, qualifying their enquiry.
- Maintaining the up keep of the waiting area and any refreshments or comfort needs required by our customers Managing the service message board ensuring the team are aware of messages to be responded to
