Job description
Our client has a vacancy to recruit for the role of Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Advisor at their busy dealership in Aldershot.
The role is to be the first point of contact in a busy dealership aftersales environment for those customers booking their cars for service, MOT and repair work. You will enter customers details onto our database, confirm work agreed and keep in touch with them throughout the period the car is in the workshop, advising of additional work required. We require people with excellent people skills, from a customer focussed and sales background and are comfortable in dealing with the public on a day to day basis with the ability to work well under pressure along with excellent IT skills.
Basic Salary is an initial £23,000 subject to experience with a performance related bonus OTE of £29,000. This is Monday to Friday role with a requirement to work every other Saturday morning.
We are looking for people capable of working in a fast paced environment with good attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will be from a customer facing background used to providing a first class experience and creating long term customer relationships. Full and ongoing training will be provided.
You must also have a full UK drivers license with no more than 6 points and no drink drive convictions.
