The Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has a vacancy for a Band 4 Project Support Officer.
This is a secondment /fixed term for 12 months, working full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday-Friday each week.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible individual to provide project support to the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Improvement Programme.
You will primarily be based at Castle Hill Hospital but there will be the need to also work from Hull Royal Infirmary to be able to fulfil the duties of this role.
The purpose of the HUTH Improvement Programme is to facilitate the delivery of the Trust's Vision and long-term goals, promoting values through the provision of expertise and capacity.
Supporting teams in designing and implementing new ways of working that improve the quality of care we provide for patients and the productive and effective use of our resources.
You will be working as part of a team, providing project and administrative support to ensure successful delivery of projects to the timescales identified in the project plans.
Developing and maintaining project documentation and will be the first point of contact for project enquires from end users and project key stakeholders.
Previous experience of working within a project or programme management function would be desirable but not essential.
