About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team if you have a strong research profile together with extensive teaching experience, module leadership and evidence of curriculum development.
This is a senior role within the department and School, and it covers a range of departmental activities including line management responsibilities, resource planning and workloading, timetabling, recruitment and selection, staff induction, staff mentoring/development, accreditation support, committee membership and cover for the Head of Department You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the student experience and would preferably have professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
The Department of Human Resource Management is one of NBS’ six departments with 46 academic colleagues covering a range of Human Resource Management specialisms. The Department is forward looking and has a strong community of academics who are active in research and who are business and professions focussed. We have a long standing collaborative working relationship with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in both teaching and research.
