JOB DESCRIPTION


You will be part of International Transformation Office, a business-aligned internal consulting team, serving as a utility of the IPB Operating Committee. The team's capabilities span delivery of large-scale program management, early-stage feasibility & business case development and urgent audit & control resolutions.

You will be aligned to a strategic transformation program wherein the expectation will be to focus on the development, implementation and on-going support of the programs that meet Business and Regulatory demands. The size and duration of each project will vary but the objectives will focus on similar key aspects such as risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement and business development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive and facilitate project deliverables; Design, develop and establish key reporting standards; consistently follow up on requests, tasks and assignments
  • Define and analyse problem statement and translate complex information in clear, meaningful and structured manner, making them easier to address and solve
  • Design and develop detailed operating model for business. Identify areas of impact due to change in target operating model and design solution to mitigate the impact
  • Identify potential risks, issues and dependencies and the path to mitigation or resolution
  • Own and execute tasks in a timely manner, manage and meet deadlines; effectively prioritize workload across the team and keep others informed of progress
  • Manage change adoption to ensure that change is well received, and contribute to benefits realization

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in strategic consulting / management consulting / project management / business analysis, and people management
  • Banking / Financial services background with domain knowledge on any of the following: Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Payments, Asset Management
  • Excellent understanding of program lifecycle with relevant experience on complex projects across countries or regions including items such as setting up project plan, managing risk & issues, reporting & governance etc
  • Experience in requirements gathering and solution design
  • Experienced people manager adept at working in matrix organization and managing dynamic high-performance teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagements skills, with an ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • MBA or equivalent
  • PMP certification
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional
  • Conversant with Agile and Design thinking methodologies
