The Graduate Scheme
As a qualified Engineering Graduate, you will be enrolled into our 2-year programme which is fully accredited by IMechE, as well as gaining valuable experience across a number our market-leading fuel cell technology business functions, giving you the exposure and experience to ascertain your Engineering preferences in your desired discipline.
On completion of your 2-year programme you will be encouraged to pursue your career aspirations and professional development within a permanent role whilst continuing to work towards your Chartered Engineering status.

The Graduate Package
Ceres offers a total reward package of £31,500 per annum, up to 8% employer contribution (salary sacrifice) with 3% employee contribution for pension, Life Assurance 4 x annual salary, 25 days annual leave in addition to Public Holidays. Your working hours will be 37½ per week (generally with core hours 0930-1630, Monday-Friday) although the working hours at our Surrey facility may vary.
