Electrical Project Manager - High End Residential
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager with effective communication and leadership skills as well as experience within the Residential sector, to join a long-established and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor based in the Caterham area.
The company provide Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning, predominantly to the High-End Residential sector.
Electrical Project Manager - Key Activities include:
- Working closely with Senior Management in the Operations and Commercial departments to ensure that the project(s) assigned to you are delivered on time and within the budgets set
- Procurement of the project (sub-contract packages, materials, plant)
- Liaise with clients, QS’s, subcontractors and suppliers
- Achieving project milestones and deadlines
- Production of Risk and Method Statements
- Management of the site team
- Quality control
Remuneration Package for the position of Electrical Project Manager:
- Base salary: £65k - £70k (depending on experience)
