Precision Stitching Ltd (GreatBeanBags.com) are looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant who is experienced, organised and keen to grow with the business. The successful candidate would primarily be responding to a variety of business and customer enquiries, as well as having input into larger more creative projects.
The role is at our Nottingham based "Bean Bag Laboratory" located 2 minutes away from Canning Circus:- Denman Street East, NG73GX.
Working hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:45pm
Friday: 8:30am - 2pm (Early finish Fridays, great start to the weekend!).
Responsibilities
- Answering general customer service enquiries via telephone and email
- Assisting with social media and website content/ imagery
- Providing quotations to customers
- Providing administrative support to warehouse and dispatch teams
Skills and experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Computer literate (Experience of Adobe Photoshop handy but not essential)
- Creative eye for detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,500.00 per year
