Inclusion Officer
Start Date: September 2023
Contract Type: Permanent, part time (42 hours per week, 40 weeks per year)
Salary: Grade 4 SP 9 - 12 (FTE £25,119 - £27,334 / Actual £24,935 - £27,134 per annum)
Samuel Ward Academy are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Officer to work with our behaviour team. This person will be supporting teachers to manage and intervene with behaviour as well as social and emotional concerns and some parental liaison.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with adolescents, flexible in approach, a good team worker and can use initiative.
Samuel Ward is a successful, 11-18 Academy, situated on the western edge of Suffolk, 25 minutes from Cambridge. We strive to maintain the highest standards across the board. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future outcomes and life chances of our pupils.
