We are looking for an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and managing a team of workers. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction and building regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site.
- Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the site.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Job Types: Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12-18 months
Salary: £1,500.00-£2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangor: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Temporary Works Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Temporary Works Coordinator works qualification (required)
