We have a brand new opportunity for an ambitious and people orientated individual to grow and develop this brand new role within the healthcare sector. Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & Engagement Manager to join their growing business, this is a development role that will see the successfully appointed individual build their own Recruitment Function and add to their Team of internal Recruiters.
Within this role you will be responsible for all the social media and candidate advertising, oversee the recruitment pipeline and manage the wellbeing and ongoing relationships with all new starters into the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have the confidence to engage with potential candidates, build rapport and relationships and have the drive and passion to attract and recruit fantastic carers from the local community and network. This is a varied, challenging but rewarding role where you have the autonomy to define recruitment strategies using a variety of sources with a focus on quality rather than quantity.
To be successful in this role you will be able to deliver a first class candidate experience and have a proven track record of attracting high calibre candidates, experience of recruitment marketing and a knowledge of current sourcing techniques and channels. You will be self motivated, organised and resilient with excellent communication skills. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility to allow you to respond efficiently and effectively to your candidates.
No previous experience of the care sector is required for this role as full training will be provided.
As this is a small business, team work is essential as you will be expected to support in the day to day operations of the business where required.
The Role
- Manage all aspects of recruitment activity
- Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns
- Oversee the end to end candidate experience
- Proactively source candidates and grow networks
- Research, plan and execute regular community events and recruitment activity
Key Skills Required
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience in recruitment marketing and social media
- Good understanding of recruitment legislation
- Understanding of candidate screening and selection process
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to respond quickly to enquiries
- Ability to build a strong rapport quickly
