The Gainsborough site processes spent hens, chickens and broiler breeders to meet the highest standards required by our customers and the RSPCA, so concern for bird welfare is central to everything we do What are we looking for? No prior knowledge or experience is required, as all training required for these positions will be provided. What can we offer you? The starting rate of pay is £10.56 per hour. When fully skilled this rate increases to £11.12 per hour. There is also a bonus of £17.50 per week for good attendance. Overtime is paid at time and half after 40 hours. When trained on a cutting task a butchery bonus is also paid which is on average £40 per week. The starting pay rate also increases when additional skills are obtained.
