Prospectus are excited to be working exclusively with RefuAid to help them recruit for a Director of Fundraising to join their growing team. RefuAid is a non-profit organisation based in London which supports refugees and asylum seekers all over the UK to access higher education, requalification and employment. Their core three programmes work together to support people who have fled their homes on their journey from arriving in the UK into meaningful employment.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum and flexible hybrid working between home and their office in London.
As part of the senior leadership team, the director of fundraising will be responsible for developing and implementing a fundraising strategy to maintain and grow donations, providing long-term and sustainable income sources for the organisation. They will generate new leads, manage relationships and make informed strategic decisions. The post holder will be developing, overseeing and implementing a stewardship plan for all donors to enhance the relationship, build retention and achieve uplifts in donations.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in fundraising across multiple income streams in the charity sector. They are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in managing commercial partnerships and/or fundraising relationships. They are looking for someone with a proven track record in leading on winning and managing significant numbers of donations and/or partnerships. The ideal candidate would be a collaborative team player who will get involved in whatever needs to be done to achieve the aims of RefuAid.
