Email Marketing Executive
Redcliffe Training Associates is an industry leading provider of specialist finance training. It has over 20 years’ experience delivering world class courses to a blue-chip client list.
The company is now adding to its team as part of its next phase of growth and is looking for an Email Marketing Assistant who will assist the Head of Email Marketing.
The successful candidate must have strong working knowledge of ESP packages, A/B testing, automations, template design, and CRM packages, and have the ability to create and extrapolate reports. They must also be an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
The successful candidate must be able to think for themselves, and have the ability to remain organised in a fast-paced environment. They must work well in a team, and be flexible to the requirements of the business.
The successful candidate should be proficient in the use of ESP and CRM packages, and have experience using bespoke software packages.
The successful candidate should have a technical understanding of email authentication and domain and IP authority.
The successful candidate must have experience in collating, and presenting data.
This role is suitable for someone with at least 2 years of practical email marketing experience as well as hands on experience building workflows and automations.
Package details
· £30K PA
· Remote work – we will supply phone and laptop
· 08.45am -17.30pm
· 25 days holiday

Duties:
· Assisting with workflow journeys
· Creating templates for manual campaigns, transactional emails, and workflows
· A/B testing template variations, subject lines and all other variables
· Reporting on the results of the A/B tests
· Researching what our main competitors do and reporting on new findings
· Assisting with manual campaign set up in bespoke software packages
· Assisting with the testing of new alias/domains
· Assisting with the regular email marketing schedule when cover is needed
· Assisting with template design and coming up with suggestions
· Setting up and maintaining a CRM marketing dashboard
· Collating reports produced by other team members and combining and maintaining these in a master document to present when requested to by the Head of Email Marketing
· Assisting with daily campaign checks
· Pulling reports in CRM for the wider team to utilise
· Campaign Reporting
· Reporting on bookings as a direct result of e-shots with a week on week variance
· Reporting on campaign effectiveness, returns and performance
· Reporting per segment (marketing code)
· Highlighting periods of low or high engagement
· Pulling data on bounces, sends, and IP/Domains and producing reports based on the requirements of the department
· Ensuring that all data hosted by our Mail Provider and CRM is accurate and up to date
· Checking and correcting record issues in ESP, CRM, and bespoke software package

· Must have experience with automations and workflows
