MR LAU'S Dim Sum Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant, high end restaurant specialising in Chinese fare and premium beverages. Located in the Cultural Quarter of Warrington Town Centre, it is at the heart of Warrington's food and drink scene.
We operate from 12pm for lunch service through to evening service, Tuesday - Sunday. We pride ourselves in giving great customer service, serving a high quality product, and working well as a team.
We are looking for a bartender to join us on a full time basis, working over 5 days. The ideal candidate should have at minimum basic mixology skills, wine knowledge, and all basic bar knowledge to operate a clean, tidy, efficient bar. We show case an impressive range of spirits from Asian Gins to an extensive range of Whisky. We serve Asian Lagers and premium wines from all over the world. We are looking for someone with dedication, attention to detail, great communication skills, and great willingness to learn.
Alongside weekly pay, the team share tips on a weekly basis, rota is published weekly in advance. We serve the best Chinese food in Warrington, you can enjoy it with your friends and family with 50% staff discount. We are located very close to train stations and bus station, if you drive staff parking is available.
