How You’ll Make an Impact
Legal Research
Drafting, issuing, and negotiating standard legal documentation e.g., Non-Disclosure Agreements
Supporting the legal team comprising lawyers and contract managers
Proof-reading and cross-checking documentations
Contract implementation queries
Assisting in training business colleagues on legal and contractual principles
Other ad hoc tasks as required
What you bring
Have completed a Law degree or have successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Law
Have good digital literacy including familiarity with Microsoft office applications
Have good spoken and written English
Are analytical with a keen eye for detail
Feel comfortable communicating with colleagues (engineers, finance, sales, senior management) within the business, across the country and the globe.
Have legal curiosity, innovation, initiative, and strong collaboration skills

The in-house legal team are the trusted advisors of our business partners in Siemens Energy for UK, Ireland & Netherlands. We are committed to providing the highest ethical and quality standards for the legal advice provided by the legal team and we are looking to recruit a full-time legal intern to join us.

Additional Information
Although the role will require attendance at an office (Newcastle/South Manchester/Warwick/Lincoln) as the need arises, we are currently operating a hybrid way of working, with some working from home acceptable. The role will be a 12-month fixed term contract.
