Position: Warehouse First Line Manager
Location: Bury St Edmunds IP31 2BG
Salary: £32,126

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

- Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of operational KPI's
- Effective team management including planning, managing and adjusting staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Through continuous improvement promote & deliver added value through site initiatives
- Objectively assesses team members, grows team member skills and helps people achieve their full potential
