Audiences get the chance to experience their favourite characters and stories in a whole new way, and with titles like Moulin Rouge!, Blade Runner and Dirty Dancing, attracting over half a million visitors in the past 5 years alone.

Secret Cinema is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Corporate Events to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of group packages to corporate clients for our immersive events. The successful candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate sales opportunities for group packages to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key corporate decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote and sell group packages for immersive events.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of group events.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay current on market trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, as well as track and analyze sales data to inform future strategies.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the events, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspaces.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
