Job description
We are seeking an office Manager to aid the smooth running of an electrical contracting company based in Banstead Surrey.
The position involves all aspects of office administration works. This will also include booking flights and accommodation for our staff who operate throughout the UK and on occasions overseas.
You will also be respobsible for the upkeep of all proceedure manauals relating to the operation of the company
You will reliable and discreet when dealing with confidential matters.
Have good organisation skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail
Have good IT skills and be experienced in word and excel
Duties include but not exhaustive:
Dealing with correspondence.
Ordering stationary
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Ensuring H&S policies are up to date
Computer inputting of staff expenses
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
