Job description
Executive personal assistant performs various administrative tasks and supports the company’s CEO.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.
Responsibilities of the role:
- provide a professional, supportive and client-oriented service to support the CEO;
- be responsible for the CEO’s schedule, including arranging complex travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings, planning and preparations of events;
- act as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls and responsible for ensuring information is forwarded to the appropriate employee in an efficient and timely manner;
- produce/prepare documentation for the CEO, including confidential material;
- reminding the CEO of essential tasks and deadlines;
- manage databases and filing systems;
- liaise with and proactively collaborate with the other Executive PAs to ensure the best possible service;
- perform miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, which will vary according to the current workload.
Main requirements:
- A degree in business management preferred or exceptional proven experience
- Experience working as a personal executive assistant at CEO level
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, the ability to multitask;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Discretion and trustworthiness;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative;
- Tact and diplomacy;
- Experience with databases, Microsoft Office;
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Ability to work overtime.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £37,000.00 per year
