Seeking Personal Assistant
High-end residential and commercial general contractor seeking personal assistant.
Founded in 2004, Pacific Ridge Construction (PRC) was rated #14 among xx residential construction companies in Marin and Sonoma Counties according to GC Magazine.
Headquartered in Kentfield, CA, with a satellite office in Sonoma, CA, PRC is a locally-owned construction business with eighteen full-time employees servicing a broad range of high-end clients throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties.
PRC’s owner and founder is seeking a personal assistant to help with the following:
-Shadow company owner and become familiar with the owners’ daily tasks and requests
-Field calls and manage emails to subcontractors, clients, potential new business, vendors, and project stakeholders.
-Coordinate daily planning and scheduling of high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties.
-Personal errands- ranging from ride sharing to food deliveries and dry cleaning pickups.
-Tracking material orders and deliveries
-Possible trips throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties
-Manage warehouse inventory in San Rafael
-20-25 hours/week
-$20-30/hr depending on experience
