We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Advertisement Specialist with a focus on Facebook Ads (Meta) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, creation, and management of our advertising lead generation campaigns.. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the Facebook Ads platform, a proven track record in paid social media marketing or pay per click, and eager to be involved in growing the company through effective advertising strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Research and identify target audiences, interests, and trends to create highly targeted and engaging campaigns on the Facebook Ads platform.
- Design & collaborate with the team to develop visually appealing and engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy.
- Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, ad placement, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, features, and best practices to ensure continuous campaign optimization and performance improvement.
- Design / collaborate on the creation of high-converting landing pages for campaigns, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal conversion rates.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience running paid advertising campaigns,preferably doing lead generation.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including an understanding of Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Pixel implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Youtube Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Experience of lead generation within Home Improvement is a plus.
