We are recruiting for a Welcome Host at Rugby!
What are the essentials of the job?
- Working in partnership with the On Board and Station teams to provide all of our Customers a safe, relaxing journey, dealing with them in a welcoming, friendly and professional way.
- To be a key player within the Customer Experience Team in providing the highest level of service encompassing the roles and responsibilities of the Security & Revenue Protection Team.
- To protect our company revenue and increase our market shares by delivering excellence in Customer Service.
- Carry out all roles as requested by the Management team.
- Communicate effectively with other On Board and Stations teams to create an amazing customer experience whilst being safe, always ensuring your own personal safety and that of others at all times.
- Assist customers with their travel needs, ensuring that at all times, concise and accurate information is provided.
- Assist in duties at times of service disruption and emergencies ensuring that appropriate advice is relayed to customers.
- Provide as much assistance and information as possible to customers who are inconvenienced, use your initiative and empowerment when finding solutions to customers and other people's problems.
- Ensure customers are encouraged to seek clarification of details, which they are unsure.
- When you have the opportunity for enhancing a product sale ensure this is positively acted upon.
