Job description

• Excellent knowledge of Citrix technologies and experience of managing these at an enterprise level.
• Extensive experience of deploying and managing an Intune based laptop estate including hybrid co-management of devices and security policies.
• Experience in managing SCCM (or similar) toolsets including image deployment and maintenance.
• The ability to design and manage an enterprise scale AVD solution, including both persistent and non-persistent gold image design and deployment.

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate the best current solutions available in the industry, be it with one product vendor or a combination of, make the choice based on holistic measures of colleague experience and cost and educate and syndicate rest of TSB (including exco) for the need to implement that solution.
• Be responsible for ongoing management of risks and controls, security and cost optimisation of Desktop service, on-prem or on-cloud

Additional Responsibilities

• Consult and provide input to the Technical Design Authority, including drafting and submitting technical proposals, and reviewing progress to ensure they meet business needs
• Initiate and govern the process of Requests For Change (RFCs) within the Desktop Platform to align requirements with business needs, maximising value whilst minimising incidents.
