This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team supporting the team in ensuring seamless and timely campaign delivery and connectivity of all our digital screens. This role is responsible for creating and managing the operational plan. The Operations Manager will work with both venues and field technicians to troubleshoot any issues and dispatch solutions in an effective manner.

The successful candidate will be extremely well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. They will have excellent communication skills and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain 95% overall connectivity while maintaining an overall awareness of connectivity levels by market, network, and partner
  • Verify all sites adhere to Trooh's standard via the scheduling of site visits. Reports findings of site visits and ensure follow up on findings that do not meet standards, where required.
  • Lead the Venue Issues process - include maintaining the tracker, leading bi-weekly meeting, following up with venue and ensuring those assigned tasks are completing them
  • Create and manage the operational plan, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Share plan with stakeholders to ensure all teams are aligned.
  • Provide status updates on installations and communicate issues with venues.
  • Communicate regularly with field technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders and follow up on delays. Confirm when work orders are complete and problem solve.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of work orders.
  • Track, approve, and file all field support invoices ensuring accuracy with initial quotation.
  • Reviewing the financial report to make sure the monthly costs are aligned.
  • Act independently within specific guidelines and recognize matters requiring a sense of urgency, being able to prioritize and have exceptional time management.
  • Tracking monthly/weekly maintenance KPIs to ensure third party technicians are meeting Trooh’s standards for quality performance. Participate in special projects, assignments, and administrative duties as needed.

What you offer:

  • Post-secondary education preferably related to marketing or business administration and a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the media or advertising industry, preferably in OOH (out of home) sector; experience with an agency or vendor in a trafficking or project management role is a big plus.
  • Superior MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in Ayuda, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM inventory and work order tracking system an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to hold people accountable and keep others on track of work assignments.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously, utilizing strong time management skills in a highly organized fashion.
  • Ability to be sensitive to tight deadlines while managing changing priorities.
