Introduction:
The Analytics Product Manager (PM) works to identify, plan and deliver the best possible results in the market for our investment within the Compliance and Fraud product lines. The PM is expected to maximise business outcomes from existing Analytics and Machine Learning capability in our products, as well as developing business cases for new capability based on industry experience and interaction with customers, partners, prospects and analysts. The PM captures and analyses the key problems to inform market-led solutions where Analytics provide differentiation and best return on investment.

We need a Product Manager who can see the bigger picture, own the Analytics strategy, and deliver world class solutions that will involve managing our Analytics and Machine Learning capability as part of an integrated product team. This role will require taking the lead on defining and constantly developing a vision for our future products that will contribute to us maintaining our status as a market leader. This will mean making bold decisions, and having a clear strategy and roadmap.
Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
  • Influencing the product vision and strategy for Compliance and Fraud products by championing the role of Analytics and Machine Learning
  • Responsible for delivering and maintaining a high quality set of Analytics product artefacts.
  • Working with other product managers to refine and define the product roadmap for integrating Machine Learning into product verticals
  • Being a thought leader around the application of advanced analytics in the Compliance and Fraud space
  • Being a mentor to others in the product teams and willing to share your domain SME know-how and skills to expand and grow the team
  • Responsible for the definition, documentation and successful completion of Machine Learning and advanced analytics epics and stories for Compliance and Fraud product releases.
  • Acts as a primary point of contact for clients and leadership teams for escalations, and has day to day accountability for the product and its success.
  • Has specialist knowledge in advanced analytics and Machine Learning, applying these practices across a range of product initiatives, such as proofs of concept and pilot studies
  • Engaging with project teams to ensure relevant learnings are captured to inform analytics methodology and guide the product roadmap
  • Identifies business winning opportunities for new or extended work, within or related to the scope of the wider business Strategy
  • Organizes and runs point on internal engagements, such as knowledge share sessions with pre-sales and professional services teams
  • Organizes and runs point on external customer and market engagements such as Customer Advisory Boards or one to one strategic sessions.
  • Represents the company and PM role as a subject matter expert at industry conferences and trade shows as a speaker/moderator/participant
  • Surveying analytics and machine learning white papers, blogs, journals and conferences to maintain awareness of trends, hot topics and disruptive technology
  • Performing knowledge transfer and handover to recruited replacement employees within the NetReveal business.
What we’re looking for:

Essential
  • Bachelors or Master degree, or international equivalent
  • Strong technical/numerate skills and advanced analytics know-how (Data Science or Machine Learning)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a strong team player comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams
Desirable
  • B2B enterprise software product or managed services product management experience
  • Experience in Financial Services and regulatory compliance products or services
  • Experience of Lean and Agile product development methodologies
  • Experience in developing and launching SaaS solutions
  • Willing to travel up to 20%, internationally
