Northumbria Discharge and Intermediate Care Services are looking to appoint a highly motivated operational services manager.

The successful candidate will be working closely with Senior Management and be responsible for and providing strategic and professional leadership to our Discharge Services to ensure that residents of Northumberland and North Tyneside receive timely and appropriate support to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes. You need to be dynamic, innovative, committed and passionate, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge.
