We are a well-established, family-run business based in Salford. We're a call answering service and require an online Optical assistant for a company that's based in America that deals with sunglasses and spectacles. Our department will also include dealing with all Customer service queries, complaints, refunds, order processing online, etc.

We are looking for a friendly, team-focused candidate who is professional, enthusiastic, and personable.
The main role would include verifying prescriptions on a daily basis and the successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in Optics and should be confident on how to dispense spectacles including single vision and multifocal prescriptions with excellent attention to detail processing prescriptions over email.
You will be required to use your Optical knowledge and experience to guide a team of members on how to achieve the responsibilities listed above. Deal with any customer queries in this all-rounded customer service position.
Full-time - Monday- Saturday (35 hours weekly) 1pm-9pm
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Optical background is a MUST. The ideal candidate will also
have Dispensing Optician experience.
- Previous experience in customer service is a must.
- Candidate should be flexible to do hours, the client decides the hours. So complete
flexibility is required.
- Drivers will be given priority.
