A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE MANAGER at HIEX ROYAL DOCKS

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Looking after the needs of our guests
  • Completing Front Office tasks
  • Comunicating with other hotel and non hotel partners
  • Supporting new team members with training and coaching

To succeed in the role of Guest Service Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.

  • Previous experiance in a similar role
  • Passionate about the hotel, its guests and its team
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to apply a common-sense approach to problem solving and foresight to anticipate and prevent problems develping
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of hotel related lawsand regualtions
