A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE MANAGER at HIEX ROYAL DOCKS
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Looking after the needs of our guests
- Completing Front Office tasks
- Comunicating with other hotel and non hotel partners
- Supporting new team members with training and coaching

To succeed in the role of Guest Service Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Previous experiance in a similar role
- Passionate about the hotel, its guests and its team
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to apply a common-sense approach to problem solving and foresight to anticipate and prevent problems develping
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of hotel related lawsand regualtions
